Fabric
Coral is an upholstery fabric with a boucle structure. It captivates with its expressive three-dimensional design, which is subtle yet incredibly delicate to the touch. The precise interweaving of the yarn creates a stunning visual effect, adding depth while ensuring a soft feel. The interplay between the slightly shiny pile and the matte background produces an intriguing appearance that varies with the lighting.
Coral fabric is available in a wide range of pastel colors. It is not only visually appealing but also durable. Its soft texture and modern shades give furniture a cozy and contemporary character, making it a perfect choice for those who value comfort and elegant finishes.
IMPORTANT:The colour on the screen may differ from the original colour of the fabrics due to the different types of screens and their calibration.
Cleaning tips
Furniture upholstered with bouclé fabric should be cleaned every week or two using a soft brush or gently vacuumed with a low-power vacuum cleaner equipped with a special upholstery attachment. This way, you can remove dust and debris without allowing them to penetrate deep into the fibers. You can also use a lint roller to remove loose fuzz or sticky tape.
Once or twice a year, thoroughly refresh the bouclé upholstery. Wipe the entire fabric with a wet solution of a neutral cleaning agent, such as dishwashing liquid mixed with water. Then wipe it again with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove the detergent. Allow it to air dry naturally.
You can also use specialized upholstery cleaning products following the manufacturer's instructions.
In case of stains or spills, gently blot the liquid with a dry cloth or paper towel. To remove stains from mud, ketchup, mayonnaise, yogurt, or lipstick, gently collect the remnants of the substance. For cleaning, use mild neutral detergents such as dishwashing liquid or mild soap, mixed with lukewarm water in proportions of one teaspoon of detergent to two cups of water. Strong cleaners and bleaches can damage the upholstery. Avoid trying to remove stains, especially organic ones, with hot water, as they may set in.
Clean the soiled surface with gentle, circular motions from the outside toward the center. Avoid vigorous and strong rubbing to prevent damaging the fabric's structure. If necessary, repeat the process, expanding the cleaned area around the stained spot to prevent rings.
Before starting the cleaning, perform a test of the cleaning agent on an inconspicuous part of the furniture to avoid damaging the fabric. After removing the stain, allow the fabric to air dry at room temperature. Do not use a hairdryer or any other direct source of heat. During this time, avoid sitting on the sofa as the upholstery may become distorted.
